There are loads of places to meet girls, but as my mother likes to say one key place you won’t meet anyone is sitting at home with your TV dinner watching a re-run of Friends.
Often we say ‘we don’t know where to meet someone’ but we never get out of our routine to try. So get to places where you think you’ll meet people you’ll like and that you’ll enjoy whether you meet someone or not.
That might mean taking up a new hobby, going out more often to clubs and bars (although these are often too noisy to be a good place to pull) or perhaps going to quieter events like a gallery or similar.
Other things you can try are Internet or speed dating – not to find true love but to hone your chatting skills and to revel in the attention dating services can bring. Tell your mates and family that you’re on the lookout for introductions. Arrange a party where single mates to bring along a single friend so you can meet new people.
You can also try meeting people through work or the gym but it’s worth being careful as some offices don’t allow for personal relationships and some women find being chatted up at work or the gym creepy.
