If you know your way around a gym, and have been working out consistently for at least six months, you can start here.
For you guys, we’re going to be pairing exercises up into supersets to keep things quick and intense! A superset is where you perform two or more exercises back to back with no rest in between, and this program progresses through three levels, adding a new superset every four weeks.
Each session should take you 20-30 minutes, less as you get fitter and can work harder by lowering rest times after each superset.
