First off type...

Then paste in the web address of the page...

And then close with...
[/yt]
So you're left with...

Just post this on the board and it will automatically fill in all the code you need so you don't have to mess around with embed tags.

You do exactly the same with MetaCafe. First type...

Then the web address of the page...
http://www.metacafe.com/watch/474374/golf
And then close with...
[/mc]
So the finished tag is...
[mc]http://www.metacafe.com/watch/474374/golf[/mc]
