A back injury in summer 2006 was causing me some concern, but with the support and encouragement of Mansizers, I am now back in the gym, and have lost over four stones of flab. After mending my back, I am amazing myself with the weights that I can push, pull and lift.

I started the challenge as a fat 16st lardarse, but am now down to 12st 4lb, with muscles; I could not have achieved it without the help and support of my cyber friends here, and you can see the transformation on my profile pic

This is a great community, and I have had the pleasure of meeting some of the contributors on a number of occasions.
