Rockstar settles GTA sex case

The makers of Grand Theft Auto – San Andreas have agreed to tell customers about any future "extras" after sex scenes were found in the game

Rockstar and developers Take Two originally claimed the hidden aminated sex scenes were the work of a third party, but they later fessed up.

"Parents have the right to rely on the accuracy of the entertainment rating system," said a spokesperson for the Federal Trade Commisson who brought the charges.

The game was originally rated "M" (Mature) but was reclassified as "AO" (Adults Only) after the scenes were found.
