Went yesterday to see the doc.She has set me up an appointment for Aug. 23.(for mri) nothing she says they can do until i get another MRI because it's been 6 months since the last one. Will know more then.
To be honest mag-e, i'd go to the docs and ask why your getting pain down your left leg from a back operation. Seems a little unusual....
What type of exercises were you doing?... Do you experience pain when doing bicep curls for example, or during exercises that involve your legs...if it hurts when you use your legs, then you could prob find alternatives doing them seated, but i would still get it looked at to find out why its happening and if you could be doing more harm than good.
Getting the pains in left leg from back operation in not unusual at all. I had a root canal treatment done and I have got unbearable pains in side of my head, neck and my left hand.

To be honest, i'd say that's unusual. Have you been to the doctor?

It shows that i have a large muscle mass on the left side growing into the nerve,a fractured disc. She is setting me up an appointment to see a back specalist.
*note* I vowed id never have another back operation again, and i'am sticking to it,the condition i'am in from smoking and not exercising theodds won't be in my favor.
