Obviously the more responsibility you have the more you should earn, but having said that why do footballers earn in a week what most people earn in a year or more?

i don't earn a huge amount but i earn enough to live a decent life, i could earn a lot more if i worked privately; but i don't do this for the money. i do it for the people and the appreciation i feel because of it...
