Just stumbled across this website from a link in mens health. Definately like the look of things here and have found your boards to be quite informative...

I am newish to all this fitness/ health/ nutrition stuff so don't expect to contribute too much. Which may be wise since I normally have all the finese of a Bull in a China shop. Still, I will try to help where I can and looking forward to learning from some of the nuggets of wisdom on here.

Bank holidays, those were the days. I am stuck in the desert just now so Sundays are just like a normal tuesday to me. 3 days left then holidays... woo hoo!

my guess is that it's the former - being an optimist. I doubt that puddings alone would destabilise the working week.
