This isnt really new though, people have been converting acc and mp4 files to mp3 for a long time.
Apple will try to correct the problem, and the hackers will hack it again, and so it goes.....
On a side to this, someone has discovered a way to hack AllofMP3's Music for the Masses media player in order to convert their (free) mp3x format content to mp3s.
Robbing a man who has just robbed a bank, perhaps?
