I played it, I enjoy the realism in it and the fact that Harchester United are in it!. However, I never really got into it and as a result, don't play it often. Bring back the olden days where Championship Manager ruled the world!
The old ones are classics, although a lot of my friends and myself blamed the game for our school grades. The new ones they make have too much information and features that are not needed, although I do like the feature about watching the game rather then messages appearing.
I used to watch Dream Team in the early days, they had a semi-pro player in the series. Cannot remember the team he played for though. Although there is a Carl Fletcher playing the Football League, but not the same one from Dream Team.
Scott Mean (ex-West Ham and Bournemouth) went on to act in it when he retired, and the Carl Fletcher at West Ham looks frighteningly similar to Karl Fletcher (aka Terry Kiely)!
I've got it on the PC and have been a fan of the series for over a decade, however this version keeps on giving me "access rray out of bounds" error messages and corrupting save game files, so I gave up.
Same thing happened with the last version.
Fucking useless SI haven't been able to solve the problem...
This series....this series...has been the cause of every single minus point in my life! It's sucked up thousands of hours of my life in the last 15 years.
