A liitle bit about me....
Am involved in property development and investment and spend my time between UK & Ireland. Love travelling (for leisure though - not the shuttling between UK/Ire!) and spending time with family and friends.
Hoping to pick up some fitness tips - there seems to be a lot of knowledge on here - finding it hard to motivate myself/keep fit now that I've passed 30!
