i think he probably is, yes.

I just dont get or like this transfer.
As per my understanding, regardless of who owns his registration, West Ham are his contract wage-payers.
They have not allowed him to move or to even talk to United, so why is the little chimp boy in Manchester having a medical?
As far as I can see it is bullying on the part of United.
