A lot of people with little in common apart from being users of the site, and maybe having time on their hands when they should be working.
Some Mansizers I have been fortunate enough to meet, both in London and in Cornwall, and I'll hopefully be meeting some new ones tomorrow. Others will always be happy to remain anonymous.
Some keep in contact privately off the boards. Maybe we'll even have a Mansized romance or a Mansized wedding one day.
There is generally support for those with serious issues that they want to share, or a witty and scathing comment for those who take themselves too seriously. Those who have met can usually instinctively know what is said tongue in cheek, although there are a few near misses sometimes.
The chat thread swings from topic to topic. The other day, there was chat which went from something humourous to a serious debate about child protection in sport and the community.
Will can be rightly proud of what he has created, and of the fact that he is prepared to step in when he feels things are not right. I am sure he would like more contributors - maybe that is down to us as well.
Everyone is different, but there is still a pride and community. It's the friendliest board I've ever been involved with. And it's cool the way everyone just gets on with it.
I love that you can have an argument with someone on one thread about a topic, and on another thread talk like old best pals!
But with getting more people involved...
There are people on here who would not want one single person in their 'real' life to know what they write on here, so it can be hard to introduce new people.
What sort of marketing for the site is there at the moment?
