Into the 2nd week and everything going well, although am not sure about the leg press.

Last few WO i've notice i am using the balls of my feet during it rather than the whole foot. Not sure if that makes any difference. I think i find myself using the balls of my feet more now because I'm finding it hard to get it moving initially.

I actually dropped the weight a little, not sure if ithats because of the weight lose, the fact i may not always have a pre-wo meal/snack or sometimes going to the gym late in the evening.

I also position myself in the seat with my knees almost right on my chest, is this ok? As looking at the diagram on the machine the thighs are not even touches the body. Oh how far should you go when doing dips? Should it not be any lower than elbows at 90 degrees? i always use a wide grip on both the pull ups and dips.

i'll be heading to the gym later on tonight. Hopfully get a good work out and feel good after it, not really in a great mood knowing that i failed a resit today. My own fault as per usual.

Well heres to a healthy mind and body.

I had to miss out the gym last week, but i feel all the better for it.

was at the gym tonight and it was busy. It took me an hour and a half to finish it was that busy.

Dropped the weights on the leg press and shoulder press machine.

Leg Press 127kg - 6x that a drop of over 15kg from my PB
Dumbbell Pullover 25kg - 7
Leg Extension 73kg - 7
Leg Curl 56.2kg- 7
Incline Dumbell Bench Press 17.5kg - 6

It was the first time of going to the gym at 7 in the morning and it was great, so quiet at the weights, brilliant.

Not really loki, I can honest say i found it quite easy to keep to the low cals and the workouts. I wanted to lose the weight and get back to what i was before, and to do that i would have to go on a cal deficit and stop the drinking, as simple as that.

although i'll be looking forward to a cold pint of Stella once i've finished.

The more ya lose the harder it gets and besides which the body wont lose the weight exactly in that time frame I often found the week after a low cal week when I had a slight refeed Id lose more. hence only weighing every 3-4 weeks not every week :-)

Aye BFG, i noticed that during the first 12weeks. I normally only weight myself every 2weeks, but because i notice after 2weeks of 1700 little lose, wanted to see if i was getting anywhere. Maybe being too keen to get BF down now.

Last day on 1500cal. Back to 1700 on Monday.

I am half way through the 2nd 12wks, and i didnt think i have lost much, in the way of BF%. but by the end of the next 6weeks i hope to reach my BF goal.I will weight myself in the morning,

Since starting all this i have lost a fair amount of LBM as well as fat, but managing to keep the weights up, some gains, others not moving anywhere.

Although i have always found weights to be boring, am looking forward to continue the 3 days a week Full Body workouts when am back to eating normally, its been 18weeks on a cal deficit and cal counting.

Lets see what the weight in has to say in the morning.

Dumbbell Pullover 25kg - 9x
Leg Extension 79kg - 7x
Leg Curl 56.2kg - 9x
Incline Dumbell Bench Press 17.5kg - 9x

Assisted Chinups 41kg -11x
Assisted Dips 27kg - 7x
Machine Shoulder Press 36kg - 7
Barbell Curl 15kg - 7
