So I;ve been invited back for a second interview. They can;t decide between me and someone else. I asked why (in a subtle way) and was told there was 'something about you, your interview was very strong, we just want to probe you further.' (I almost bit off a piece of tongue trying not to laugh at this point). So the second interview is on monday with two managers, thewoman who interviewed me and the manager of the sport and leisure trust I'd be working for - why would they need a second one? If they are agonising over me and this other mystery person doesnt that just mean its a coin toss? I have no idea how to prepare for a second interview...help!

Don't worry about it mate, just make sure you are still presentable, but are wearing a different suit, shirt and tie. Be the same and just answer their questions as normal, they are justing having another look at you thats all.

Its a great job as they want an idea man with lots of enthusiasm, its a local government sport centre that has been giving autonomy by the trust = blank page to work from (which i mentioned yesterday and she liked). Arghh, mansizers, cross your fingers, toes and any other apendages cross em!!
