Just wondered how people exercise their traps as i'm having a bit of trouble with them at the mo and i really love the big trap look.
what kind of exercises/sets etc are people doing?

Deadlifts.
I never done any other trap work besides those and ive managed to get some muscle there.

My back exercises are really simple and they work for me.
Chins, Deadlifts, Lat Pulldowns and Rows. All you need, go hard and heavy, eat plenty and you will get those wings!

I like shrugs and chin ups and lat pull downs
