Ha ha, rowing machines for rugby players ! No wonder the Welsh team are so crap. They need to practise catching, kicking, passing and tackling, not fr***ing rowing!

You need to factor them into your activity level then obviously as you wont want to do weights on them days. Rowing more so than the ruggers at the second

Yea thats what i've been doing lately. Ive noticed that i dont have so much variation in my weight anymore. Im about 78, so a little extra weight gain; i dont go from 77-80ish,etc.
