Instead of the obligatory drowned salad (cant believe anyone actually uses that much dressing!) Ask the waiter if you could have the dressing in a side dish or jug and apply to the side of your plate dip the salad in when required and you will use a quarter of the amount. And no you cant mop up whats left!
