By great we mean one that describes what you're doing - set out your goal e.g. Building bulk, losing xx pounds and the like.
If people skim the list and identify with your goal, they're more likely to read it and post.

Hi All,
My training goals are to (suprisingly) lose some fat (and not weight nececessarily). I have a bench, weights and bar bells at home but really can't afford weekly gym fees. I'm 6 ft and 80 kg. Happy with my weight but god is it all in the wrong places.
Does anyone have any suggestions for a sensible weekly routine that will help me to lose weight and keep me motivated? Latter is my biggest problem..
