Can anyone suggest any good "complete" plans i.e. workout and nutrition. I've got three so far at on my site :

Can Anyone Do It

I am interested in comments from anyone who has tried any of these plans or suggestions for any more i can try out.

Personally i perfer "turbulance training" and found the most success with this BUT overall taking all the testers results and opinions into account it came third.
It did come second though if i only count the male opinions, with "Burn the Fat" coming first.

It's actually not that bad! It's a diet and exercise plan involving resistance work and HIIT cardio. I like it because the e book has different levels depending onb fitness and equipment.
Burn The Fat by Tom Venuto is similar but a little more in depth. It also has a great goal setting section that helps you decide what you want and really helps with your commitment.
The Truth About Abs I've never heard of so can't comment.
The basic truth of them all is that if you stick with the plans then you'll lose weight or add muscle. It's a question of commitment rather than plan design.
By the way, my friend lent me Burn The Fat but I combined the goal setting with Anthony's weight loss plan and had a lot of success with that. The weight loss plan isn't as regimented as the ones you've mentioned and is more time effective.
This is because Anthony advocates eating less and working out less, whereas the others suggest eating more and exercising more- it's a kind of Berardi 'energy flux' system.
Which one you choose should depend on how much time you're willing to spend in the gym and kitchen plus what type of exercise and foods you like. All the plans recommend weight training but Anthony's doesn't include cardio (unless you cut back on the weights slightly).
The plans you've mentioned use a lower carb diet (15-35%) and Anthony's use higher carbs (60%+) and places more emphasis more on energy intake (calories) than a strict macronutrient balance.

StevieG beat me to the answer.

Turbulance training also invlolves alot of supersets. More targeted at people with less time available.

Tom Venuto requires more of a time commitment than Turbulance Training. But as far as in-depth info goes its pretty unbeatable as far as i'm concered.

I came across Tom's book due to its sheer popularity.
Turbulance Training I came across in a popular fitness magazine where they had three people try it over 12 weeks. (am i allowed to say where?)
Truth about abs i had recommended initially from someone at the gym.

If you want to add any more to your site then The New Rules of Lifting would be a good addition, you really want something by Berardi as he's pretty massive in America, and the TNT Diet (from Adam Campbell and on the US Men's Health site) along with the Paleolithic Diet, which is a Berardi/TNT cross but without the fine tuning.

I'm sorry I think I missed something. Who is Anthony and what is the name of his plan?

Anthony is the fitness editor of Mansized. If you follow the links from 'Answers' above, you will find various answers to fitness questions, together with some of the workout plans that he has devised.

Cool. Thanks. I guess that's what you get when you stumble onto a message board.
