This meal is suitable for vegetarians.

Kit you'll need

75g dry pasta or noodles
75g soft goats cheese or low fat cheese spread with garlic and herbs
50g Quark
6 stoned black olives cut in slices
75g frozen peas

Fork
Spoon
Bowl
Saucepan
Sieve

Step by step instructions

- Bring a large pan of water to the boil and start the pasta cooking according to packet instructions.
- When the pasta has been cooking for about 5 mins, add the peas, bring the water back to the boil and continue to cook.
- Mash the 2 cheeses together in a bowl with the fork, then add the olives.
- When the pasta is cooked, drain using the sieve. Keep a couple of tablespoons of the cooking water.
- Return the pasta and veg to the pan. Add the cheese mix and stir until the pasta and veg are coated.
- Add a tablespoon or two of the saved water if liked to thin the sauce.

Points for style

For a Greek flavour use cubed feta cheese in place of goats or spread and broad beans.

PJ

This is a great thread. Something that a lot of people have been looking for. I have some similar recipes, should I e-mail them to you for review, rather than post them on here?
