Hi PJ,

After trying your chicken kebabs, curry and pizzas I intend to try my next culinary delight.
I am keep eyeing up these tuna steaks in ASDA in the food bar.

Do you have any recipes around some tuna steaks?

Cheers!

Hi Leaner!

I shall make that my next task - you can basically treat them as "marine steak"

and cook them in the same way as rump steak as the thickness is the same.

Tuna can be a tad dry, I would serve it with a succulent side like fresh salad or a fresh tomato salsa, plus rice or pasta.
