Hope so, I think there's a post about it somewhere that was started the other day. Filling myself up with loads of water usually does a good job, plus there's a few other hunger busting tips knocking around here
Edit: Found the post, it was by yourself answeering a question of mine. Do'h!
Hunger Post
Although to be fair, it was a question about the opposite of hunger! We'll let you off. ;-)

Hi Anthony,
Wasn't sure where to ask you this but I'm looking how to do the Woodchopper & Hay Bailer.
I've found

type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="355"></embed></object>">this on Youtube & also a description of the dumbell version by yourself here but I'm still puzzled.
I sort of know how to do them both, my gym has an upper & lower pully system so I think I can perform them on there. The Woodchopper being from the upper position with a rope attachment, holding it with both hands & twisting my upper body whilst pulling the rope from my shoulder to the opposite hip. Vice versa for the Hay Bailer starting at the lower pulley. Have I got that right?
My gym also has a Rotary Torso machine, but I'm not sure if that will be any good?
Cheers :)

After taking my pictures, I want to cut a bit more before going for the bulk. So going to give the 6pack plan on here a go.
Is a lat pulldown machine fine ok? In one of my other plans you advised to use pulldown with a cable but not sure if it matters this time round?

I'm 78.6kg so starting on 1800 cals.
I've got creatine and dextrose left over. Should I just store them away until when I bulk, I think I remember you saying creatine on a cut isn't worth bothering with?
And could you give me a fatloss goal for the next 12 weeks? (would 8lbs of fat loss keeping lean mass the same be a good one? that should put me at pretty low bf%)
current stats - these may change slightly with my planned week off.
Cheers

Yep, spot on. You can use the stirup attachment too if you like.

Yep, also good, but not many gyms have them, hence their non-inclusion!

Yes, stick them in a cupboard somewhere!

Interesting that you record your weight in kg, but pick a goal in lbs! :)
At your current level, 8-10 lbs over 12 weeks should be acheivable if you're consistant.
Keep it up!

I record in pounds, but converted it as the plan suggested cal amounts based on kg.
Cheers:)

Hi Anthony.
Thought I would try to get a cheeky one in.
My calories during Mr Mansized were 2000 - 1700.
Should I go 1900-1600 for the next 12 week period, or isnt there much benefit?
Thanks
