ha, i dont know why, i suppose i just didnt commit to the challenge as much as others had done! I was always late with my updates, and towards the end i probably missed about 4 weeks... including the final deadline!!
I'm hoping to change that all around though and get back on here, as it makes me keep focus a bit more!
PS - I will admit to a bit of tensing in the latest set of photos!
Thanks for all the comments, it really makes me want to progress more. As i have said July is going to be my year mark, so i really want to push in the coming months, i have also decided to finally get a tattoo that i have longed for, if i have the body shape i want!
So, today i woke up at 9:00 AM to crack out of that uni sleeping pattern, hit the gym about 11ish and now i can barely keep my eyes open!

went gym wednesday all was fine really, still think im going to need a change in my routine ( waiting for ant to have a look)
Am about to go gym in about an hour or so was reading up some of lardass threads about candance etc yesterday and was thinking about my own reps and how my form is all over the place! So im going to work on that today...
Diets been okay, bit of drinking cus friend from home was up, but calories wise its been fine!
