As mentioned earlier, I had a workout in a hotel room, but couldn't do 2 leg exercises. Plus I've been wining and dining customers both here and overseas. However, I have been faithful to the cause, for example, I took some clients to a very nice resteraunt, but I limited myself to one glass of wine, had a (very nice) salad to start with, and Sea Bass for the main, with no potatoes, only a few mange-tout.
I felt a little weary this morning, and was tring to find the motivation to go through this gruelling workout routine at lunch time today. I jumped on the scales and was knocked out, 4lbs loss, so that's 15 to go now!
I have just completed said workout, with the extra circuit, it is really hard work. Thankfully, Sunday is that last workout of this phase, then I switch to Super Sets, 8-10 reps.

Thankfully, phase 1 of the Testosterone Advantage Plan is complete, that last workout was a killer, I've just finished, and I don't feel that good. I know why, lack of fuel - valuable lesson learnt - only 1600 cals yesterday, and not much eaten before the workout today.
Forgot to add my thanks to PJ and Flying Fox for their kind words.
And yes Matt-O, I agree with you that the Fat number looks high. I'm using fitday.com to calculate my calorie count, and sometimes it looks way off.
Thankfully, yesterday was 26% Fat (50% carb, 24% Protein)
I'd also like to mention yesterday's lunch. My wife got some pre-cooked lime and coriander chicken breast from the frozen section at Aldi. That chopped up, with some mixed leaves, in a wholemeal pitta bread, was an excellent and tasty low fat lunch!
