I did BMF for two years - absolutely loved it! Best thing I've done for all-round fitness. I only gave it up because I moved away and there ain't no BMF where I am now :(
Sounds like a business opportunity there Gubernatrix ;-)
Not for Newquay, I don't think. Never mind.
Newquay would be great...press ups on the beach and running in the freezing sea!
Quick update... minor setback at present as I had to have a wisdom tooth extracted on Wednesday, unfortunately my hopes of springing back to normal by Friday were a little ambitious! My face resembles a football.. very frustrating indeed... so im controlling my diet more than normal and getting in lots of water, and hoping to be back in the gym on Monday.

They key thing here is you were due to do 36 gym sessions in 12 weeks. A session or 2 missed for valid reasons isnt going to make that much difference.
Keep it up.
Last time I was at the dentist there was some building work going on next door. I was sitting in the waiting room listening to some heavy duty jackhammer noises. Now I knew it wasnt coming from the surgery, but all the same it made my feel a bit queasy!

lol.. while i was waiting some chav came out in a hoodie and baseball cap and he shouts " they did well butcher me man, good luck all of yoos innit" next thing i hear is my name being called... talk about comedy timing!
OK... first morning back in the gym after the tooth extraction and jeez it was hard... I think my diet's been poor - too few cals over the last week because eating has been a struggle, and it really told - the chinups/dips were tough i felt I had no energy... but the rest went OK - update below:
Note I was using a different gym and the weight stack on the chinup machine was different so not sure how it compares to previous..
Excersize /Weight /Reps/(difference to last week)
All up i feel i had a good enough workout but energy was really low and i felt tired, hopefully that will improve as i get back in the swing of things this week.
Ill be having a programme change after this week so will keep you posted...
