Bumped into a girl on sat night at the bar in a club. We chatted for about 30 mins until her friends wanted to leave. She then offered me her number.

I texted that night and suggested a drink. She said that would be lovely. Striking while the iron was hot, I texted her at 12 yesterday to see if she was free that night. No reply!

Now what? I didn't text again as I didn't want to seem needy, now I am just confused! Do I leave it a day or 2 and text again?

Maybe she had second thoughts? Maybe her battery ran out. Maybe she was busy/sleeping/out without her phone......

Thats the problem with texting, you cant pick up the mood so well anyway. Give her a call tomorrow - dont text - then see how things go.

It is a nightmare trying to figure out what goes on in the female mind! I would understand if I took her no and texted her and she never replied rather than her giving me her number, us exchanging texts and now nothing. Nutters the lot of them!

I disagree. The first one wasn't a mistake as she replied and agreed to go for a drink. I wasn't sure about the second one the next day though.

I'll leave it till tomorrow and see if any developments have happened. I'll drop her a line at some point later in the week.
