I have no idea about sizes ...

not too big and not too small is about right.

rather amusingly, a girl in our office building has been running this charity ballot. you 'buy' a (picture of a) dog and give it a name. the winners get drawn from a hat.
anyway she came bounding into my office t'other day asking "Have you named my puppies yet ?"
