Good idea - half an hour in the steam room does wonders when you are all blocked up and snotty :)
It's quite a small gym, and doesn't have a sauna/steam room i'm afraid. I have got a mate with a steam-thingy though, might pay him a visit lol =)

Nah mate, take it easy, get at least 3 days rest. Lots of lemon and honey, breathe in some steam, and paracetomol. We;ll see you in a week

I've been really busy with college/work, but normal updating services will resume shortly.
Firstly, the man flu has now long gone! It was f'in severe but over now. thank god.
I had damn good workouts tues/thurs/sun. All is good in that respect.
Diets a bit iffy, but thats a future story!
