A "sticky post", by that I mean a post which shows up at the top of each page for a thread. Useful information could be put on this. Only will or the threader started could select which post is sticky (or default it to the first post)
Would be useful for things like drinkies or logs, for keeping track of attendance, what is happening, stats, disclaimers, or important info
maybe make it a slightly different colour so it stands out

Forums
- Filter a thread by author or higlights

- Auto save posts so you don't lose copy
- Number of times a thread has been viewed
- Posts by Anthony etc are shown in a different color
- Option to double number of entries in latest messages box
As you can see we've been knocking a few off this list. Preview had a bug but that's been sorted out and it'll be up tonight.
We also sorted out uploading/ editing pics as they were bugbears of mine.
Autosave posts is next and will be up as soon as we've designed what the drafts page will look like. Let me know whether you'd like the default at 10, 20 or 30 seconds. Is it something you'd like to change or will you be happy with what we set it at?
We'd like to get on to filtering threads soon. The site search has never been great - thanks Google! - for a while so this would be a good test of what's planned. I'll keep you posted on this one.

i would personally like to be able to search my own posts a bit more easily, with maybe 3 options:
list all posts (what it does now)
list all threads i've posted in
list all threads i've started
and maybe even breaking those down into subcategories; say list all threads i started in fitness.
Am i asking too much?!
