Was quite pleased with the session and happy with the way may deadlifts are building back up. Going to train 4 times a week for the next 3 weeks then going to switch to 3 times a week focusing on Squats, Deadlifts, Chins and Dips. I like to keep it varied :)

Been training despite a cold towards the back end of last week. Back to full strength today. Started taking some creatine again also which should help my size goals.
Trained legs and core today -
Squat - 60x10 100x8 110x8 70x20
Deadlift - 70x10 110x5 110x5 110x5 110x5
Leg Extenstion - 70x8 60x8 50x8 (DS)
Leg Curl - 65x8 55x8 45x8 (DS)
Calf Raise - 80x10 70x10 60x10 20x8 (Single leg)
Leg Press - 50x20
Side Bends - 10x10x2
Incline crunches 3x10x2
Diet has been spot on also. Will check my weight this weekend

Just a quick update as my internet time has been restricted lately.
Have managed to put on a couple of KG of muscle whilst keeping fat down.
Bench Press has increased too. I'm now able to use the 34kg DB's comfortably.
I'm aiming to do 50 chins in a workout before the challenge is over also
