I read yesterday that mirrors can add definition; I hope thats not 100% true otherwise my abs probably arent really visible to other peeps :-|

Yeah I read that in one of Anthony's fitness tips threads last week, which means the pics I've been taking prob aren't accurate *sobs*

I swear my body shape seems to change drastically day to day.

I haven't had any comments yet. I remember last time i worked this hard in the gym, I did put on a bit of muscle, no one commented. Then I stopped going gym, lost the muscle, and people noticed I looked thinner!

its weird I think weight loss is always more noticeable and commented on more than weight gain. So count yourself lucky in that way fatties! :-P

All I mean is, sometimes I had to trawl through up to 30 pages to extract relevant information. ie hows the diet been going, any slip ups, hows the gym, any injuries things like that. Just a couple of sentences should be great.
I will probably read through most threads anyway, but in case I dont it would be very handy.

Thanks

Thanks to everyone who has given me a couple of lines so far in their respective logs, its appreciated.
I will have to work Saturday :( and with Ant for probably quite sometime on Sunday.
I will try and squeeze it in sometime. If you havent added a couple of lines if you could it would be appreciated.

Just in your log will be fine.
I will try and read them anyway, I just dont want grief for not being fair.
And some logs are really long and have some irrelevant stuff, so it makes it easier than reading through 20 or so pages.

Re: The Dirty Dozen Challenge - It's been 4 weeks - how do you feel?

Some people already seem to be flagging (naming no names). How are people doing, motivation wise? Anyone need a good kick up the backside to get them back into the groove (or even more harsh, a post by Barcode) ?

I am flagging but not due to lack of effort but due to having more sliught injuries in these last 4 weeks than ever before. Am heeling up now so hope to make some dam good progresss in the next 8 weeks for summer and in time for my graduation.

I'd love to find a gym partner to take my gymming to a new level (form and intensity wise) but can't see that happening soon.

My motivation is rising by the day :)
Just getting going properly (that doesnt mean I have been slacking neither!).
However, typically, back pain has just came from nowhere. Right in the middle of my shoulder blades, turning my head feels a bit awkward. Popped a couple of ibuprofen and going to have a hot bath. It better be gone by the morning!!
