I have medium hair, but want it short. Around this time last year I had a grade four on the sides and a grade seven on top. I really liked it, so thinking of having that again. Was just thinking though, why not grade four all over, or shorter?

Does anyone else have their hair like this? Just wondering whether to do that or shave it all off...

I had a grade 4 all over the month before, it was ... short.

To be honest, it's impossible to give an opinion without knowing what you look like, what suits one person doesn't suit another!

I hate managing my hair so just have it as short as I can be bothered with. I did grow it longer last year which I liked but received conflicting opinions about!

If you fancy it go for it, man....it'll always grow again!

As for whether it will suit you, it all depends on your head shape etc. Why not go for it and find out....it's not a death sentence. If nothing else it will be an experience....so just do it........and, if you're feeling brave, post a photo!

Shave it off... as mentioned, you can grow it back.

Don't worry what others may think... it is your head, your life.

I've heard that grade four all over looks like a 'soggy tennisball'..

Think I might go for grade four all over.

Also, thinking of growing this: http://www.mtv.com/shared/promoimages/movies/h/halloween_2007/douriff_brad/281x211.jpg

A number four all over is a bit long, I think. Depending on how thick your hair is, a number 2 or 3 looks good, IMO.
