I actually trained for to be a boxer for a living (so I thought), so I suppose I am thinking more hardcore.
Matt said you're a big puff.
Honest I didn't agree with him.
I said you weren't that big.

no ... he says he trained for to be (sic) a professional boxer.
that could mean he did a bit of skipping when he was a little girl

Hi all,
I don't come from a boxing background I come more from a martial arts background.
As most of you know the gloves in martial arts are a little different to boxing gloves.
I'm looking to get some boxing gloves so I can do more bag work. Any ideas about which ones to get?
Also should I get wraps to? What is the purpose behind these wraps? I've never worn them before always went with gloves only.
Cheers.
I used to box too but I never bothered with wraps untill I screwed up my knuckles. They offer a little extra padding there as well as wrist support.
