And the weight in, how exciting, my new weight is: the same as last time! 213lbs
I only have the sunshine and a damn good time to blame! Never mind, must try harder
Richy23, My aim is to train to failure, however it's a fine art to get the right weight for 3 Super Sets, so I tend to up the weight in small increments - maybe I'm too cautious in that respect. I can tell you that by the end of the workout I'm exhausted
Come on man move your arse and start shifting that weight... it isn't hard to do and you can do it.
Whether you end this task with 19lbs gone is wholly up to you and how much you want it. If you really want it all you need to do is work and watch the diet.
If you can do it you will be very, very glad you did.
Got back yesterday from a week long client conference in Arizona.
Temptation was all around, however I limited my alcohol intake, and chose carefully at the lavish spreads on offer
No gym at the hotel, so I performed some basic bodyweight exercises in my hotel room.
Just finished the attached workout - it's good to feel the blood pumping around my body again! Took Richy23's advice, and went to failure on the last set of each exercise.
I've decided to change my routine. Simply because I am very busy and travel a lot, and feel a split routine isn't working as I can't always train 3, or sometimes even 2 times a week.
Therefore I've changed to a total body workout, training to failure; this is the workout I completed earlier today.
