Cool! I read an article about SilverJet the other day, and the flat bed seats are £30k a pop! :-O
You should have seen me trying to get over the bridge to Waaaaales;
First got in the wrong lane which only accepted TAG cards (membership cards for those who use it everyday I think),
So; reversed out and got in another,
Got to the front of that line of cars then he said; sorry cash only, we don't accept cards!......... what! I am thinking c**p I have no money and am stuck at the front of a queue of cars and in a rush to somewhere I've never been before for an interview.
Told me to put my hazards on then reverse and slowly cars moived for me; parked up in a coned off area,
Then, some guy was called to help me across lanes of trafic by standing there, signalling cars to stop moving forwards whilst I pass across the carrigeway!
Had to go down through some barriers he opened for me (probably named the 'numpty gates!') down to the services for cash.
Got there - cash point out of order! eek!
Went to petrol station and luckily the one there gave me cash and on my second attempt and a charge of 5.50 I got into wales! Still made it on time...

yeah teh ones they had there were £35K, some of the first class stuff was £90K per seat! but when I say seat its more like a small room!

That was the business model behind SilverJet - why bother with the cattle class, when it is all paid for by the guys n gals who turn left when they board the plane? Just make the whole plane first class, and use a low rent, periphery airport.

after averaging about 100 on the M4! :-O
WTF? If you had your card to get cash from an ATM, why not use it to pay the toll?
