This I do not doubt however as I am in possession of £12's worth of capsules they are all going to get taken and I should still see the benefit.

I am now considering starting a bulk session by adding in some chicken munching during the day. haven't decided yet. Either way I want to maximise muscle growth and still continue to burn fat.

How is muching chicken going to start a bulk session?

and how do you intend still burning fat if you are bulking?

I'm two weeks into it. Weight doesnt seem to have gone up much but strengh has increased I would say. Perhaps its too early to judge.

Creatine helps with strength not weight. Strength indirectly helps build mass.

You have seen some change in the two weeks, you should see the strength gain continue although at a much slower pace.

How many weeks are you cycling the creatine?

Well I don't intend to bulk into a fat bloke.... I am an ongoing work in progress and I shall try to maximise muscle maintenance and even growth whilst cardio and work reduces the fat.

I will just see how it goes. :-D

never said you did, but I just dont see how you think that munching a little extra chicken on a calorie deficit is going to take from losing fat along with a little muscle (as you are) to losing fat and bulking.

What I mean to say is; go for one thing or the other (fat loss or muscle gain); not try (what will then be a half-hearted attempt) to do both at the same time.

Perhaps save the creatine cycle for when you wish to bulk after DD, to get the most out of any muscle gains.
