Well after being to the gym just 2 times since march 14th it's time to get back into the swing of things! I'm now home from uni and i've just signed up at cannons (who raped me up the bum again the robbing bastards).
I've got 5 weeks till my holiday so my initial goals are to add 0.5 inches to each arm, and lose 1 inch on the waist before then. Seeing as i've barely done any exercise in 2 months i think that's definitely achievable.
Current measurements then:
Waist - 33.5
L bicep - 11
R bicep - 11.25
I'm gonna be doing 3 full bodies and 1 or 2 sessions of HIIT a week, I won't be counting cals but it will be very clean and i'm gonna go against the grain - i'm gonna eat high protein and keep carbs to around training mainly. I want to see if it works basically, no harm in trying.
Pics soon i hope (if i decide i'm not too ashamed). I now have a fat/skinny student body. Not good!
First sesh today it was absolute murder. I've lost so much strength it was embarrasing, i couldn't even get 4 sets of 10 on dips, and i had to stop early as i felt sick!
Never mind though, by body will soon catch up im sure.
Hey mexo good luck with you're goals. You've shown you can be dedicated in the past. If you are looking to lose waist size and build arm size you will no doubt need building and cutting stages; Anthonys Hard Body programs on Perfect Waistline look perfect for that and are what I plan to use when I get nearer the size I want to be. But if I remember rightly you arent into HIt and prefer the standard 3 set routines.

I've had permenant DOMS since thursday now but i kinda like it. This low-ish carb diet is good so far, i feel leaner already! Lunch right now is 2 eggs, slice of ham, cucumber and tomatoes. Niiiiice.
