Mad for this but won't be starting until I am finished finals.
I will post pics and stats in six weeks and I am aiming to lose a stone in the second half of the challenge.
Best of luck to everyone especially the ladies ;-)

You gearing up SB? Week 7 starts soon. Whats's the plan of action?

Starting my half dozen training log now.
I think its the start of week seven?
My weight has risen dramtically whilst I've been my last year of Uni and I not too far of the 16st mark again. Been eating crap and sleeping very erratically with bugger all gym time so it has all added up.
But gonna go all out now and start afresh. Just back from a weeks holiday after I finished my exams and now its time to kick some arse.
Off out for the last supper and will post training log tomorrow.
going for the 1800 calorie mark and will spiral down to 1500 and repeat.
Hoping to know the best part of a stone off in the half dozen challenge.
Cheers,
SB

Hey Matt,
Well I've been out of the gym for a while now so I think I will stick with the Weight Loss programme on here.
It worked for me before so if it ain't broke...
Do need to spend a few quid now though as I will need to use a different gym.
Won't be getting Uni gym prices anymore!
But there are loads of excellent gyms in the area.
I much prefer early morning gym sessions so will probably just go to the one nearest work.
I'm looking at the challenge as the first step of a much longer plan.
I want to be svelte by around September so I'd need to be down to around 13st 4lbs so I'm trying to account for the weight loss to become harder further in.

Cheers Richy and PJ.
Was a business management degree and should be getting results early June and graduating end of June.
When do you graduate?
I have a good job in finance as it is so I will be taking my time looking for a nice position with the extra qualification :-)
I want to spend tomorrow catching up on everyones training logs and seeing how everyones been doing. So good to have my life back and not studying!
Right off for my last supper. Mmmm
