Thanks PJ, I appreciate the support. Well, everything is conspiring against me, first I had two colds straight after one another and then work issues meant that I didnt have time to go to the gym. Due to other comittments I wont be able to workout until Friday. That will be about 2.5 weeks since I worked out. But the diet is still on track and I lost another 3 pounds. Only another 6 to go until I reach my target weight.

Sorry all for not posting anything for a while. As we are not allowed to access the internet at work apart from at lunch it is very difficult to update plus when I get home I have a wife and 1 year old baby to keep me busy :-p

I have been on holiday since the 14th although I didnt go away I havent had much time for the gym for the reasons mentioned above. Only working out once and I had to drop the weights quite a bit to cope. The diet has been a bit up and down this week due to the week off but I have tried to stick to it without ruining my week (We had a takeaway pizza in midweek and a bottle of wine on saturday) but I still have managed to lose a pound.

I am back to work tomorrow and will do the gym on wednesday but this will probably be the only time this week as I have a leaving do on Friday.

Good to see everybody else I still doing well and hopefully pushing on for the final two weeks.

Well, home life and work life are making this soooo difficult at the moment. The diet is still pretty much on track although I didnt lose any weight this week. I was finally able to go to the gym last night and work my legs, it was very hard after so many weeks off.

Squat 20kg 10r 60kg 8r
Leg Press 150kg 10r
Leg Extension 60kg 13r
Hamstring curl 40kg 12r
Calves press 200kg 14r
Cycle crunch 26r 16r 12r

Hopefully will do the gym on Friday but the way work has been going it might not happen.

Not really long hours but just awkward because I work out at home and once my son goes to bed I cant work out as I will wake him.

Well, due to work and lack of internet access I have missed the closing date for this so I will just say thank you all for all your support and I am really impressed by everyones dedication.

I have got down to a weight of 13 stone 2 so only 2 pounds away from my target so i am pleased. When I get a chance I will read all the updates and post a photo for anybody that may be interested.

I will hopefully check in every now and again to see how everyone is doing if and when work allows it.

Well done again to all the contestants, keep it up.

I work out at home too, my lad sleeps in the next room so I have to train before he goes to bed. The little punk, I shouldn't have to put up with his bullshit!
