I have been offered an interview with a company that I have hated for at least 4 years now.
They are a manipulative, unethical, money grabbing bastards in an industry that should technically 'help' customers. Their sales techniques are disgraceful and if they existed in the UK they would be on Watchdog.
Anyway, the job is excellent. It would be of huge benefit to my future career, especially in about 2-3 years and also to my bank account.
However, I would be concerned of what future employers would think when they see the company on my CV.
Do I convince myself that I can make change from the inside, so that I can sleep at night or do I tell them no thank you?

Personally I would take it if the £ was right, but not if they work you like a dog for it.
I am currently looking to take a pay cut to work for a company who treat their staff better.
The thing is, the job itself is fine.
It's the company that are a shower of bastards to their customers.

Would I be daft to think I could change it from the inside? It is a fairly high up job...
If it's a science-related job my guess would be you'd have virtually no chance of changing from the inside (although that's a worthy goal).
One consideration might be how this would affect your future career. It may be a great plan to take a well paid job at this stage, but what autonomy would it offer you (plus career development)? Would working for the company make it difficult to be taken seriously (or viewed professionally) if you decided to quit and move into another field?

The Science thing is misleading (just a silly nickname like Dr Gillian...)
It's business side of healthcare is about as specific as I can say.
The job is excellent and would be excellent for future career prospects and where I want to go to.
But as you said, its the association that I would have with the company itself that I am concerned about.
