I'm back in Qatar now but have fallen ill with some unknown stomach bug or something. I'm feeling terrible - bloated and nauseous all the time. The exercise and eating plan has gone down the pan for the minute.

I'm starting to wonder if it's not stress-related. I'm not really enjoying being away from my wife and kids and have a constant nagging fear that I'm going to lose my job and not be able to find work back in the UK.

And today's Father's Day.
