Not entirely related to the thread, but the new faster payments system is being introduced towards the end of May by the major Banks and Building soceities. It will mean standing order payments will arrive in the target account on the same day as the payment is made.

Also one off payments made at a brach or through your online banking will show up in the target account within 2 hours....much better than the current 3 days it normally takes

Yeah us models are well paid ;-)

I just like having money on me. I don't spend that much though as I'm tight :-)

I never have more than £50 cash on me, it';s not worth the risk if I lose my wallet, or get mugged. I never understand peeps who carry huge wodges of cash around - there used to be a guy who used to come in shopping when I was a boy, and he must have always had upwards of £500, if not around a £1k in his pocket. Ridiculous!

Still not happy letting any form of debit card near the net, I like that extra layer of protection that credit allows. Then again the general tightening up from last Autumn is still going on.

Recently for little things, Chip and Pin and my debit card, cool, I try to only have cash out for the pub or other social activity.
