I actually don't believe there are people who can eat what they want, when they want, forever and never put on weight. I think people who eat crap just eat the right amount of calories to maintain. The calories just come from crap.

For the others, eventually their metabolism catches up with them.

This theory is not at all based on science by the way. Just Peg Theory.
