I saw this film last night and its not that bad. Some scenes are ridiculous but all in all it kept my attention or shall I say the leading man kept my attention. Angelina Jolie is a great actress and a stunning woman so no complaints from Mr P either.
slick, over-the-top thrilling set pieces, doesnt take itself too seriously, sick, violent as hell and funny in parts
i think the reviewer was maybe watching another film. yes there's lots of effects/cgi but its all so ott and just a big fun action fest - would recommend this totally as a great entertaining flick
I don't need to read the review, the trailer tells me it's terrible all by itself! What was James thinking?
Hollywood doesn't really know him. He needed to do a summer blockbuster type film to get his name out there. I suspect even he knows the film is not up to much. Saying that, I really do like him as an actor.

Good stuff Rael, sounds like the sort of film I want to go and see, don't need to think, just unwind and enjoy an over the top film!

I watched another film instead at home, Will Ferrel Semi Pro.... oh dear me... =(
that is another on my "to watch" list...you can see the sort of high brow films I like! Having said that i did watch Rendition the other week. Really enjoyed that one
