Busted my ankle at football on monday so I re did my back workout yesterday (i.e. removed deads). Reshuffling my workouts as I am off mon/tues so I can train hard then.
When you say 'busted your ankle' - do you mean broken ??
Nah - its my stalk phrase for any injury! Just went over it. Turned my man, and myeself, a little too quickly!
I did wonder when you said about reshuffling your workouts - I had visions of you doing chins and dips with a stookie on your ankle !
Funnily enough, when I broke my arm I still kept going to the gym to do leg workouts while in plaster! After convincing the owner it was fine!
Weighed in at 13 st 5 last night and starting to think I look pretty big. Think I will stick with the bulk for a few more weeks, then maintain for a month or so and ease into a cut.

It does sound ridiculous but it is true! I still have the remanants of a 4 pack but the front on photo makes me look pretty chubby. I blame the photographer (me).

I do still have the remnants of a 6 pack so the frint on photo is a liar! I have been really working on my lats to try and get a V taper. Starting to think I may have cracked it.
The plan is to add a few more pounds, the ease into a cut. Hopefully be ripped by October.
