:-)

I just find I tense up and grit my teeth on curls.

Anthony has kindly taken the time to watch over me for " Ben Z Knees " DL's which I love and although finding the form was hard and took a couple of weeks I persevered and got better at them, and curls, which I instantly hated and got very stroppy about being made to do!

I don't like "isolation " type exercises I suppose?

Oooh - I got some gloves today - will try them out at weekend and report back if they help with sore skin.

Id wear them a couple of times before your workout. I got new gloves last week and they hurt my hands more until I had worn them a few times.

Good luck with the workouts :-)

I have caught up on lots of sleep this weekend after a week of stoopidly long days :-)

Training is difficult when I am tired and tetchy - I find it very hard to concentrate and that which should be enjoyable becomes booooring.

Did the routine with the dead lifts this morning wearing gloves - result!!!

They are basic canvas and plastic dot for grip gardening gloves and tick the box for keeping the bar knurling form ripping into my skin and make lift less painful.

Found it difficult as it is hotter today - drink more chilled water is the answer. I feel like I am getting ready to try push the weights up a bit again.

Stopping the push up challenge has taken a lot of pressure of my wrists too.

You are welcome JBB :-)

Missus Anthony road tested it the same weekend I first made it.

Ant liked it so much he sent her out to gather more chicken for a repeat performance.
