If it wasn't illegal who cares. It's not like they got hammered while driving to the North Pole. Some people just need to get a bloody grip!

I sometimes despair at the British public.
They say the average IQ is 100. But I'm thinking this isn't the reality of it.
They were somewhere where there was absolutely no chance of hitting another vehicle. I think people who drink and drive are the kind of people that would do so purely because that is the kind of person they are, not because they had seen someone they looked up to doing it and thought "Hey, if he does it, I can too!"
If the average IQ is 100 I'm 42% smarter than most of you. It's official.
