Today was spent lifting my own bodyweight repeatedly down at the climbing wall. As one of my friends once remarked "Those climbers have muscles in their piss!" I will soon be one of those guys!
This afternoon had another good workout. Morphed my routine slightly in preparation for my next one. I want my new routine to be based on big compound exercises i.e. Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press (inc variations of close arm, wide, decline and incline on different days to really get all around those pecs!) Military Press then prob Barbell curl and some ab work tacked on the end, followed by some real slow cycling for 25 mins. So I spent some time getting to grips with the deadlift today. What order would anyone suggest to put those exercises in?
My gym buddy was quite impressed with my arm development today, always good when someone notices something!

I'd get an upper body compound pulling movement in there too; so a variation of chinups or rows or pulldowns.
Order wise I'd stick the pulling movement between the bench and shoulder press then stick with the order you wrote above. You could scrap curls and crunches as these 5 exercises will be very very demanding!
Billy Star 5*5 looks a bit complicated, but some good advice based around it so ta for the reference.
Ta Richy, can't believe I forgot the chin up, rookie error!
So Squat, Deadlift, Bench, Chin Up, Military Press then 25mins SSCV - looks good! I'll do the ab work on the fly depending how I feel. Or might do it on separate days with just cardio.
Been a bit concerned about cutting after putting so much effort in to gain the weight in the first place but after a bit of number crunching it seems my figures are quite good and I've pretty much hit my target out of the park!!
