yup, or tell him you rather have all heavy days. The high rep days might have been there to give you a bit of active rest so the heavy routine might get re-jigged slightly.

Yeah I know, I guess I just have more enjoyment out of doing the higher weight days, I will do a high rep day tomorrow.

Updated Stats:
On the saturday I forgot to take my book.
Went to gym today, done the following:
Sit Down Leg Press
130 x 8
140 x 6
140 x 7
Seated Calf Raise
40 x 11
50 x 14
60 x 7
DL
70 x 8
70 x 6
70 x 5
Decline Chest
40 x 11
60 x 2
Couple of planks ;)
I didn't really feel that motivated today tbh, possibly due to a lack of food/sleep - felt like I had little energy to do the weights, so stopped, going to carry on back with shoulders and arms tonite if i make it back. I also want to do some CV tonight - before my hols this weekend.
I changed my routine for the legs, i.e. removed squat because I was getting knee pain last time and done my knee in even more over the weekend, so thought about staying off squat for a week or two.

However, I do plan to force myself to go tomorrow.

LOL actually I'm going to send you a bill for all my motivational messages!
Yeah it isn't nice when the weather swings back and forth from hot to cold. Did you have a nice time on holiday?
Sooner you get back to it, sooner you can repair any damage done.

Yep hols were good, but just got blocked nose and bit run down, that could be all the drink along with climate change coming back and no doubt the shitty air in the plane too!
Plus the girl next to us on the return journey kept trying to feel my mate up so I had to call the airperson over as he was too scared to!
